I was in a bit of a stressed mood about having to return it, but it ended up being super easy. No hassles, no drama, just a smooth return.

I was a little surprised because it looked just like the pictures, well, actually, it looked exactly like them. No weird surprises when it showed up.

I’ll admit, I was kind of expecting the fit to be hit or miss, but after ordering a few dresses, the sizing has been consistent every time. I still get a little nervous ordering last minute, but this has made it a lot less stressful than I thought it would be

Found my dress, chucked it in the cart, and paid without any hassle or weird extra steps. The confirmation email came through right away too, so yeah, happy with how smooth it all was.

I should’ve contacted them earlier. They got back to me really fast, and the replies were actually helpful instead of just generic answers. Made the whole thing way easier than I expected.

I ordered from Miss Runway Boutique and the shipping was okay, but a bit slower than I thought it would be :)
It didn’t take ages or anything, but it definitely wasn’t quick either. I ended up checking the tracking a few times because it was a couple of days later than I expected, which got a little annoying...
The item arrived in good condition in the end, so no major complaints! I just wish the delivery timeframe had been a bit clearer before I placed the order.

I ordered from Miss Runway during one of their sales and the prices were actually good compared to the usual ones. Some pieces had decent discounts, but a lot of the nicer stuff was already sold out, or there were only random sizes left, which was a bit... yeah. Checkout was simple enough though. I’d probably shop there again if the next sale has better options.

Like I wanted more buyer reviews, clearer details, maybe just more proof that people are actually happy with their orders. It doesn’t seem bad at all. I’d maybe shop there, but I’m not fully confident yet.

I ordered from missrunway.com.au and, the tracking was kind of annoying. It just sat there for days with no real update, so I was like, is this even moving or what?

The order did arrive in the end, which was good, but yeah, the whole tracking situation made it way more stressful than it needed to be. It would be a lot better if the updates were actually kept current.

Paying with my card was straightforward, so no major complaints there. I just wish there were a few more payment choices, especially something more flexible since I’m careful about extra costs. The fees and steps could’ve been explained a bit better too. It wasn’t a bad experience, just nothing special.

This dress fit really nicely and was so comfortable. I wore it all night without feeling bothered or needing to adjust it, which is always a win. Definitely a good buy in my opinion

Some of the dresses are priced fairly, but a few, felt a little high for what they are. It’s not the worst or anything, I just wish the pricing felt a bit more consistent, across the site
